Payment and Pricing Terms
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on our website to our users; however we will not totally guarantee you that errors will not occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.
At the moment keanyi.com can only accept payments of products through our electronic card payments of your Mastercards, Visa cards and verve cards. However we might accept pay on delivery options for some locations and certain products, in such instance we will state such on the product information page.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
- We want you to enjoy your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Please note: Our policy lasts 5 days. If the required timing has been exceeded since purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 5 Days from the delivery date.
- A Refund request must be triggered from your account dashboard under the order tab or Fill out our Refund / Return Request form HERE to be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or refund.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
- Gift cards or shopping vouchers are final sale and can’t be returned or replaced.
- In cases of faulty products, if a purchased item is still under the stipulated warranty period, you should contact the service center with your proof of purchase. In this case products with warranty are indicated on the product pages.
Note: It could take up to 2 weeks before products are fixed and returned back to you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Goods that are in 100% good conditions will be accepted but will attract a 15% surcharge. The goods must be brought within 24hrs after purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, once the returned item is received, a new order will be processed for your exchange and shipping details would be made available to you.
If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue an E-commerce store credit.
